We have six floors with two elevators.
Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Most of the rooms are overlooking the church of Santa Maria Novella.
Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
We only have one room on the 6th floor which has a 70m² terrace.
Do the rooms/apartments have balconies/terraces?
No. All our rooms are without balconies.
Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (Satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a Satellite TV in each room.
Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is telephone line in all the rooms.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, we have air conditioning at no extra charge.
Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes.
Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is no swimming pool.
Is parking or a garage available?
We have an agreement with a garage close by with pick-up and delivery service.
Where can we rent a car?
Hotel Santa Maria Novella Florence is located very close to the area where all major rent-a-car companies are situated.

Florence airport 'Amerigo Vespucci' is only 7 km away from the Hotel Santa Maria Novella.
Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, shuttle service from/to the airport is not available.
